1 cup flour
5 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
3/4 tsp. salt
2 cups finely chopped rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
Blend 1 cup flour, 5 tbsp. powdered sugar and 1/2 cup butter. Press into ungreased 8 or 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350º 15 minutes. Mix 2 beaten eggs, 1 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup flour, 3/4 tsp. salt and 2 cups finely chopped rhubarb. Spoon into crust.
