Salad:
1/2 lb. bacon
4 hard boiled eggs (sliced) (optional)
1 can water chestnuts (optional)
Spinach leaves

Dressing:
2 Tbsp.. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1-1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
2 Garlic cloves minced
1/4 C. white wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon, drain and crumble. Put together salad ingredients and add bacon on top. Whisk together salad dressing ingredients and spoon over salad. Lightly toss.
