1 lb. ground beef
1/2 onion chopped
1/2 chopped bell pepper
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (14.5 oz.) can Italian Style stewed tomatoes
1 T. salt- may need more
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 can whole kernel corn
1 small can sliced mushrooms
1 small can sliced ripe olives
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (12 oz.) package thin egg noodles

In a Dutch oven or large pot, brown ground beef with onion and bell pepper. Drain well. Stir in tomato paste, stewed tomatoes and salt. Add uncooked noodles. Pour in 3 cans of water from the can the tomatoes were in. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and let simmer until the noodles are slightly softened and liquid is cooked down. Stir in corn. mushrooms, and olives. Pour into 9x13 baking dish and top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes.
