1/2 large head cabbage, shredded
2 large carrots, shredded
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, green pepper and onion. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine sugar, vinegar, vegetable oil, celery seed and salt; shake well. Pour over the cabbage mixture and toss. Cover and chill 4 hours before serving.
