1 large pkg Lima Beans (frozen)
1 box of chicken broth
1/4 cup chopped celery
3-4 chopped green onions
1 cup small shrimp
1/4 tsp fresh pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Lima beans according to pkg directions adding in celery and green onion a few minutes before they are done. Add a cup small peeled shrimp and simmer for another 20 minutes. Really good summer dish.
Instead of shrimp, you can also use ham.

Beach vacations never really started without the traditional stop in Loxley at Burris Farm Market for Dad to shop for fresh fruits and veggies. We always bought fresh lima beans. This was good to serve with the fish that Jay and Dad caught.
