1/3 c. butter
1 c. chocolate chips
16 large marshmallows
1 T. instant coffee
2 c. chopped, salted peanuts
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, chocolate chips, and marshmallows in double boiler; stir occasionally. When creamy, add instant coffee. Remove from heat and stir in peanuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper or cookie sheet. Cool.
