1 pd sweet potatoes, cooked and peeled
1/4 cup butter
1 (14 oz.) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk)
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, beat sweet potatoes and butter until smooth. add eagle brand milk, orange rind, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and eggs; mix well.

pour into crust. bake 40 min. or until golden brown.
