1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. olive oil
2 turkey wings with skin (about 3 pounds)
4 medium ribs of celery. quartered

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

in a small bowl, stir together the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, poultry seasoning, and pepper.

drizzle the oil over the turkey wings. Sprinkle with garlic powder mixture.

Arrange the celery on the baking sheet so it will be a rack to keep the turkey from sitting the grease. (it will also add flavor to the turkey).

Bake for 50 to 55 min.
