5 lbs. potatoes (small red)
8-9 eggs (boiled and cooled)
1/2 C. onion (finely chopped)
1/2 C. celery (finely chopped)
2 C. mayo
2 squirts mustard
1 tsp. sugar
2-4 T. milk (add until creamy)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Mix mayo, mustard, sugar, salt, pepper and milk until creamy. Mix sauce with vegetables. This is a Parker family favorite!
