1 lb. Sweet Butter
1/2 c. Confectioner Sugar
1 Yolk plus 1 whole Egg
1 tsp. Vanilla or Almond Extract
6 T. Ground Almonds
4 c. Sifted Flour (Plus)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat 350 degrees

Combine butter and sugar for 15 minutes
Add egg, flavoring, nuts and flour (should be soft,not sticky, add a little more flour if needed.
Shape cookies pear shape
Bake ungreased cookie sheets for 20 minutes or until bottom light brown. Sift with powdered sug. (Store Tightly)
