Betty Crocker oatmeal chocolate chip cookie mix, unsweetened apple sauce, egg whites/egg substitute, pecans, raisins, vanilla flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Overall, follow the instructions on the Betty Crocker bag except substitute 1/3 cup of unsweetened apple sauce for oil and 2 egg whites/equivalent egg substitute for eggs. Vigorously mix all the liquid ingredients, including 1/2 tsp of vanilla, in a large bowl. Add premade cookie mix and stir until moist. Then add 1/2 to 1 cup each of raisins and chopped pecans (adjust to taste). Cook at recommended temperature for just under the recommended time (adjust for chewy or crunchy to taste).
