This recipe for Curried Cauliflower, by Nancy Hagenbach, is from Susan Marie's Kitchen,
one of the cookbooks created at FamilyCookbookProject.com. We help
families or individuals create heirloom cookbook treasures.
1 large head of cauliflower 1/2. tsp. salt 1 can of cream of chicken soup 4 oz. shredded cheddar 1/3 c. mayonnaise 1 tsp. curry powder 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs 2 tbsp. melted butter
Break cauliflower into florets and cook in boiled, salted water for 10 minutes. Drain well Combine cauliflower, soup, cheese, mayo and curry powder and mix gently. Pour into greased 2 qt. baking dish and top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350º until bubbly and top is nicely browned
This comes highly recommended by our cousin Nancy Hagenbach who loves to cook. She owns more cookbooks than anyone I've ever known ....and she uses them!
