2 pkgs. frozen broccoli spears
4 chicken breasts cooked, boned, cubed
2 cans cream of chicken soup undiluted
1 cup mayonnaise ( I use less)
Generous dash of cayenne pepper
3 tbsps. lemon juice
1/2 teasp. curry powder
1/2 cup shredded cheese sharp
1 cup bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli spears and drain. Place in greased dish. Place cooked chicken on top. Sprinkle lightly with garlic powder. Mix mayonnaise, soup, curry powder, lemon juice and pepper. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Put bread crumbs on top and drizzle with butter. Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
