2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. canned pumpkin
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
- 1 c. raisins (optional)

Frosting Ingredients:
3 oz. cream cheese
3/4 stick margarine
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift together all dry ingredients and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients with an electric mixer until smooth, then slowly add the dry mix until well blended. Pour into a large 10 1/2 x 15 1/2 cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

Beat together all ingredients and spread over cooled pumpkin bars.
