1/2 lb. ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
2 large cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. oregano, crushed
2 cans tomato soup
1/2 cup water
2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked
1 pint cottage cheese
2 eggs
1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese
2 T. grated Parmesan cheese

Brown beef. Add onion, garlic, and oregano. Add soup, water, and vinegar. Simmer for 30 minutes; stir now and then. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan, and parsley in small bowl. In shallow baking dish (12x8x2) arrange 3 alternate layers of noodles, cottage cheese mixture, meat sauce, and mozzarella. Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
