2 cups whole kernel corn (white and drained)
2 cups tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped greeen pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup coarse cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1Tsp sugar
dash pepper
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 cup Sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:

Sprinkle with 1 cup grated cheese, mixed wiht more coarse cracker crumbs.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
