1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 cans mexicorn
2 cans black beans
4 tomatoes
4 advocados
8 green onions
1 small red onion
2 envelopes dry italian seasoning
chopped cilantro, to taste
hot sauce, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Chop tomatoes, advocados, green & red onion. Combine all ingredients & mix well. Refrigerate. Serve with tortilla chips.

This recipe comes from a friend of our family, Mari De Young. It's so good! It makes a huge bowl, so I usually cut this recipe in half.
