1 lb. frozen Haddock ( thawed and drained)
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
1/2 C. shredded cheese
2 T melted butter
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dill weed
5 slices bacon (browned and crumbled)

Directions:
Directions:
Butter oblong casserole dish. Spread spinach on bottom. Put fish on top of spinach. Sprinkle cheese on top. pour lemon juice and butter on top of fish. Sprinkle with dill weed and bacon pieces.
Bake 350º for 30 minutes or until fish flakes with fork.
