Ring Bologna and Potato Hot dish Recipe

6-8 potatoes sliced.
1 Ring Beef Bologna
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 C. oil
1/4 cup vinegar
3 T sugar
1/2 C. chopped onion
2 T. parsley

Put potatoes in bottom of PRESSURE COOKER. Cut ring Bologna into 2 inch chunks and place over potatoes. (remove casing around meat). Mix together seasoning, oil, vinegar, sugar and onion. Pour over meat and potatoes. Pressure cook 5 minutes. Cool pot in small amount of cold water in sink. Add parsley and serve.

Preparation Time:
20 minutes
Personal Notes:
Always stay with pressure cooker. Top should gently tip and rock. Reduce heat under pot to slow it down.
