1 pkg hot Italian turkey sausage
1 tsp minced garlic
1 c mushrooms, quartered
1 red pepper, cut in strips
1 yellow pepper, cut in strips
1 zuccini, halved lengthwise and sliced
2 (14.5 oz) cans diced tomatoes w/basil, garlic & oregano - undrained.
1/2 c sour cream
1 lb cooked penne

Directions:
Directions:
Spray large skillet and brown & crumble sausage. Add onions & garlic. Saute 2 min. Add mushrooms, peppers & zuccini. Saute 5 more mins. Stir in tomatoes w/juice. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 mins. Remove from heat, stir in sour cream, pasta and black pepper to taste. Return to low heat until thoroughly warmed.
