1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1/4 cup catsup
3/4 cup HICKORY SMOKE flavor BBQ sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp pepper

Mix together all ingredients, then shape into a loaf and cook at 375, for 45 minutes in an ungreased loafpan.
*For the last 5 minutes of cooking time, spread more catsup or bbq sauce over the top.
