4 pkgs Mrs T's Potato Cheddar Rogies
12 oz fresh spinach (washed & torn)
8 to 12oz Feta Cheese (crumbled)
1/2 red onion (chopped)
1 can black olives (sliced)
1 can artichoke hearts (sliced in to 6ths)
1 cup reduced fat Italian Dressing
1 container grape or cherry tomatoes
2 gloves garlic (minced)
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw rogies in boiling water for 3 or 4 minutes. Cool. Combine rogies, spinach, feta, onions, olives, artichokes & tomatoes. Whisk together dressing, garlic & lemon juice. Pour dressing over salad, toss gently to coat. Chill.
