2 chicken breasts
2 cups white rice
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1 cup milk
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place rice, soup, milk, spices and cubed chicken in a baking dish. Cover and cook at 350 until rice is tender and chicken is cooked though, about 35-45 minutes. Place 3/4 cup of cheese on top if desired.
