Pork or beef roast.
water
Suggested spices: onion, garlic, salt & pepper, lawry's, buckaroo sauce, etc..

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in crockpot. Add an inch of water and spices. If you wish you can add carrots and potatoes that have been pealed and sliced. Cover and let cook for 4-6 hours.
