2 lb. stewing beef cubes
2 large onions, sliced
2 c. water

Sauce;
1 14oz. bottle ketchup
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar (apple cider vinegar preferred)
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef, onions and water in pressure cooker, at 15 lb. pressure for 20 minutes. Meat should be falling apart tender. (Can also use crockpot or standard pan and cook to same tenderness.) Mix sauce ingredients and pour over meat, then simmer to desired thickness.
