3 large Bakers potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1 bunch green onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 c. Lay's Potato chips, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes, slice and set aside to cool.
Saute green onions in butter until brown. Mix green onions, sour cream, and mushroom soup until well blended. Place cooked potatoes in large casserole dish and top with sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and chips. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover for last 10 minutes- allow to bubble.
