1 can (15 oz) drained corn 1 can (15 ounce) creamed corn 2 eggs 1 c. sour cream 1 cup melted butter 1/4 c. onion, chopped 8 1/2 oz. Jiffy mix 1 c. shredded cheese
Preheat oven to 350º Reserve 1/4 of Jiffy mix (appx). Mix remaining ingredients in order until well combined. Place in casserole dish, sprinkle remaining Jiffy mixture over top of casserole. Bake for 20 minutes.
