1/2 cup cracker crumbs
1 can salmon
2/3 cup thick white sauce
2 eggs separated
1 tsp chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Separate 2 eggs. Beat yolks and stiffen whites.
Make white sauce and let cool. Add ingredients. Bake at 300 for 40 minutes.
