CRUST:
1 1/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup margarine, softened
CHEESECAKE:
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
3 packages of cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
TOPPING:
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix graham cracker crumbs and margarine together and press into springform pan or 9x13 pan.
bake for 10 minutes @ 375

Beat until smooth:
eggs, 1 cup sugar, cream cheese and vanilla
pour into crust and bake 35 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes
Preheat oven to 475
Beat until smooth
sour cream, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tsp vanilla
pour over cheesecake and bake for 5 minutes. Cool, refrigerate 2-3 hours before serving
