4 Halibut filets 1/2 c. sour cream 1/2 c. mayo Parmesan to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350 º Mix mayo and sour cream until smooth and well combined. Coat halibut filets with mixture and sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes or until fish is easily flaked with a fork.
