1 package coconut macroon cookies
1 pint whipping cream - whipped
Break up coconut macroon cookies and put 1/2 the whipped cream together with cookie pat in bottom of 9 x 13 glass dish. You can use any flavor sherbert you want. Let the sherbert sit out a little bit easyer to spread. Freeze over night.

Serve with a dollop of whipping cream and crushed coconut macroon cookies. I like the orange, lemon, and lime flavors together. This is really good in the summer time for a baby, or bridal showers.
