1 unbaked pie shell
2 eggs beaten
2/3 cups half & half
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup grated Swiss or Mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
2-3 dashed hot pepper sauce
1/8 tsp nutmeg
2 tablespoons diced ham
1 tablespoon margarine
1/4 cup chopped onion
Herbs to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and ham in butter. Mix eggs, cream, spices and cheese. Add ham & onion. Pour in pie shell and sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 450º for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325º for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with herbs.
