1/2 cup chopped onions
2 tablespoons oil
2 pounds ground hamburger
1 6oz tomato paste
1 1/2 cup water
1 clove minced garlic
3/4 tsp oregano
1 tsp sweet basil
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
9 noodles
12 oz mozzarella cheese
1 lb cottage cheese
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta. Saute onion. Brown meat. Add paste, water, and spices to meat and onion. Simmer 30 minutes to allow flavors to merge. Layer noodles, meat mixture and cheese. Cheese will be last layer. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. It will be brown and bubbly.
