1 loaf Italian semolina bread
1/2 c. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. coarse black pepper
8 oz. Boursin
8 slices Italian salami, very finely chopped
1/4 c. basil pesto
1 T. parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.

Cut bread on the diagonal into 1/4-inch slices (keep thin). Place bread on two baking sheets; drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes until crisp and golden brown. Remove from oven and set aside.

Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine cheese spread, salami, pesto and parsley. Stir well to combine. Spread the herb and cheese mixture on the toasted bread slices. Serve immediately.
