1/2 cup bread crumbs
3 eggs
3 lbs. 80/20 ground beef
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
3 tsp. kosher salt
2 tsp. steak spice
1 tsp. hamburger seasoning (Williams Sonoma)
2 tbsp. Worcesteshire sauce
2 tbsp. A1 Steak sauce
2 tbsp. BBQ sauce (Montgomery Inn)
10 turns of ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Do not overwork the mixture or the burgers will be toughForm patties, placing them on a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper. Refrigerate until ready for grilling. Bring them up to room temperature before grilling. Drizzle patteis with olive oil before grilling so they won't stick. If desired, brush with barbecue sauce while grilling.

I've experimented with this recipe many times, changing the ingredients a bit. These burgers get rave reviews. especially because they are made by hand but also because of the seasoning mixture.
