3 eggs 3/4 cup milk 1 1/2 cup flour 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 1/2 tsp salt 3 tablespoons oil
Mix ingredients well. Add food to be deep fried. Coat evenly. Drop into hot oil. Cook until golden brown. This is good for most any meat or veggies. To deep fry fruit (banana's) substitute sugar for salt.
