2 Pork tenderloins (approx 1 1/2 lbs. each) 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup cooking sherry 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
1. Pierce meat with fork to assist in the marinating process. Rub meat with cinnamon.Marinate with soy sauce and sherry for 3-24 hours, using gallon size ziploc bags. 2. Grill or bake at 375º for 30 minutes.
