Chicken Thighs, Breast with bone, drumsticks, skin on
Vegetable oil or cooking spray
Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper
Montreal Chicken spice
Barbecue Sauce (Montgomery Inn)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Spray large rimmed cookie sheet with vegetable oil and arrange chicken pieces.
3. Rub oil or cooking spray on chicken, sprinkle generously with salt and pepper and Montreal Chicken spice. Brush on a light coating of BBQ sauce.
4. Bake for 40 minutes (the chicken will be cooked). Transfer to hot grill, brushing with remaining BBQ sauce. Grill long enough to get nice charring.
