1 Pkg. Pillsbury Pie Crust (2 Crusts per package)
1/3 cup margarine or butter
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp.salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Pinch of red pepper flakes
1 1/2 Cups canned chicken broth
2/3 Cup milk
2-3 Cups cubed or shredded cooked chicken or turkey
1 cooked potato, large chop
2 cooked carrots, medium chop

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 450º. Place one pie crust in pie dish.
2. In large pot, melt margarine over medium heat and add onions. Cook until tender. Add flour, salt and pepper, red pepper flakes; stir until well blended.
3. Gradually add in broth and milk, cooking until bubbly and thickened..
4. Add chickent and vegetables mix well and remove from heat.
5. Spoon mixture into pie crust; add top pie crust; flute and seal. Cut several vents in the pie crust.
6. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
