1/2 pound hamburger
2 cans corn
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3 potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and boil potatoes. Brown, season and drain hamburger. Place hamburger in casserole dish. mix in the cans of soup. That is your firt layer. Drain the corn and layer over the hamburger. Mash the potatoes. Smooth over the corn. Place in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 350º or until bubbly.

This is one of Andrew's favorite dished. Instead of hamburger you can use leftover turkey or chicken. Instead of corn you could use green beans, carrots or peas.
