"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
1 can tuna fish 3 tablespoons butter 3-4 tablespoons flour 3 cups milk dash salt & pepper
Melt butter in a sauce pan or skillet. Stir in flour until thick and pasty. Add milk until you have reached desired thickness and a gentle boil. Drain tuna and add to skillet. Salt & pepper as desired. Toast bread. Butter and pour gravy over the top.
This is a yummy comfort food. This white gravy can also be used with fried hamburger, sliced ham, sausage or turkey leftovers. Instead of toast you can use biscuits.
