1 can tuna fish
3 tablespoons butter
3-4 tablespoons flour
3 cups milk
dash salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a sauce pan or skillet. Stir in flour until thick and pasty. Add milk until you have reached desired thickness and a gentle boil. Drain tuna and add to skillet. Salt & pepper as desired.
Toast bread. Butter and pour gravy over the top.

This is a yummy comfort food. This white gravy can also be used with fried hamburger, sliced ham, sausage or turkey leftovers. Instead of toast you can use biscuits.
