2 cups flour 4 tsps baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 3/4 cup milk
Mix flour , baking powder , and salt in a mixing bowl . Add milk and stir to make a soft dough . Drop dough by teaspoon full onto bubbling stew. Cover tightly and let cook 15 min. without opening the cover .
