1 cup white rice
1 cup water
8 cups milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Add rice, water and 1 cup milk in a large microwave bowl. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Add a cup more milk, microwave another 5 minutes. Repeat this cycle until all the milk has been added. Make sure the rice is tender, then add sugar. Serve warm with fruit. You can freeze extra rice if necessary.
