1 lb shaved beef
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp sesame seed oil
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 tsp crushed ginger

Cut meat into bite size chunks. Marinate meat in mixture for 1-4 hours. Fry in a wolk using extra oil if necessary. Serve on lettuce leaves with sticky rice, bean sprouts, bean curd, raw garlic, kimchi, soy sauce and other Korean side dishes.

This is a trial and error recipe that I just had to figure out. I ate a lot of Bolgogi when I was stationed in Osan Korea. This is as close as I have been able to get to native.
