1 pkg white cake mix
1 pkg instant pistachio pudding
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. oil
1 c. club soda
3 eggs

Topping:
1 pkg instant pistachio pudding mix
1 1/4 c. cold milk
9oz tub Cool Whip
nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the cake mix, pudding, pecans, oil, club soda, and eggs. Beat with mixer 4 min.
Pour into a well greased 9 x 13" pan. Bake at 350º for 40 min.

For topping:
Mix pudding and the milk and beat it for 3 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled cake. Sprinkle with nuts.
Refrigerate.
