1 lb elbow macaroni
8 tbsp (1 stick) butter, plus some
1/2 cup (2 oz) shredded Muenster cheese
1/2 cup (2oz) shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup (2oz) shredded Monterey Jack
1 cup (8oz) Velveeta cheese
2 cups half and half
2 large eggs beaten
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Bring large pot of water to boil. Add elbow macaroni & cook until tender. about 7mins. Do not over cook.
Melt the butter, stir it & all the other ingredients into cooking pot. Bake until it's bubbling around the edges, about 35 minutes

If you don't want to use all five cheeses, you can get away with just the Velveeta & sharp Cheddar, it won't be over the rainbow, but it'll be pretty good. Sometimes add extra stick of butter, then the macaroni goes over the moon!
