2 lbs. crab or canned crab 1 quart of half and half 2 tsp. chili power 1 onion 3 T. parsley 2 cups of chicken broth 1 bottle of clam juice 2 T. butter
Saute onions in butter until transparent. Add chili powder and crab Slowly add chicen broth and clam broth Add parsley (chopped) Simmer 20-30 minutes Slowly add the half and half Add cayenne pepper and salt
