Mix together:
1 c. butter
1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Gradually add to above:
2 1/4 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 c. chopped pecans

mix till dough forms
Directions:
Directions:
Roll dough into balls (golf ball size)

Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 400º
10-12 minutes until they just start to turn golden.

Roll in confectioners sugar while warm

Let cool then roll in confectioners sugar again.
