2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
1/3 cup cocoa
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 cup margarine or butter
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 squares (2 oz.) unsweetened baking chocolate, melted

Directions:

Preheat oven to 300º. Combine crumbs, cocoa, sugar, and margarine. Press firmly on bottom of 13 x 9 pan. Beat cream cheese. Gradually, add sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and vanilla; mix well. Pour half the batter over crust. Stir melted chocolate into remaining batter. Spoon over vanilla batter. With a table knife gently swirl through batter to marble. Bake 45 minutes until set. Cool. Chill. Store covered in refrigerator.
