1/2 c. margarine or butter
4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
pinch salt
3 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine and chocolate together, add salt, sugar, and evaporated milk. Stir well.
Cook in a double boiler for 20 minutes. Keep in refrigerator in a glass jar. Heat when needed.

A few years back, Cyndi asked me about my hot fudge recipe. I told her that I didn't have one. She claimed I did because I used to make it. WELL.......... Here it is. I hope it's the one you remember, Cyndi.
